Reproduction of a French chest of drawers of the "Regency" period of which "the crossbow" shape remains quite representative. Its three drawers feature locks, and its handles have acanthus leaf motifs. The inside of the drawers is painted Flemish red, giving an elegant and modern feel. Its name refers to the "Gentleman," King Louis XIV's brother, who initiated the red-heeled shoe fashion in Versailles.
